1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Identification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, or Voter ID).
• Foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa, as per Indian Government regulations.

3. Reservation & Payment

• A valid credit/debit card or advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice and may vary during peak seasons.
• All payments must be cleared before check-out.

4. Cancellation / No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will incur one night’s room charge.
• For special packages and peak season bookings, different cancellation terms may apply.

5. Children & Extra Bed

• Children below 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.
• Extra beds are available on request at an additional charge.
• Maximum room occupancy policies must be respected.

6. Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is not permitted in rooms; designated smoking areas are available.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted in rooms for guests above the legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.

7. Pets

• Pets are allowed in the hotel premises.

8. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect other occupants’ comfort and avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

9. Safety & Security

• The hotel is equipped with CCTV cameras and 24x7 security.
• Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended.
